Because payment is made on the day of the lesson, there is no advance payment to refund. If you need to cancel before your lesson day, simply contact us as soon as possible so we can update the booking.

Do I need previous surf experience?
No. Lessons are adapted to your level, including complete beginners.
What is included?
Private instruction, surfboard, rash guard and a refreshment are included. Photo and video packages are separate.
How long is a lesson?
Private lessons are 2+ hours. The exact session timing is coordinated around ocean conditions and your preferred time.
Can children take lessons?
Yes. Fresh Surf Lessons works with families and young surfers, with the lesson adapted to age, comfort and conditions.
Where do lessons take place?
Tamarindo is the home base. Depending on conditions and your goals, we can recommend the most suitable local surf spot.
